Stay Periods

Farm View Cottage has a standard minimum stay period of 2 nights with no exceptions.

Extras

We can make up smores trays if requested.   Also, ready to heat meals will be available to be purchased and you can enquire about these once you have booked.

Cleanliness

All towels, sheets, pillow cases etc. are steam cleaned in anti bacterial stuff.

Host Cancellation

Farm View Cottage hosts reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

This right will only be exercised in good faith and in exceptional circumstances such as:

(a) Any alteration to the host property which may pose a safety risk for the guest;

(b) Unexpected damage or destruction of the site;

(c) A death in the host family.

In cases like this a full refund will be given through the 3rd party that the booking was made and under no circumstance should there be any other monetary payment for any other costs that might be incurred by the client.

Safety And Hazards

Farm View Cottage is overlooking working farms and as a result there are hazards both natural and man-made. By booking and staying at Farm View Cottage you accept that you enter the property at your own risk.

Participation in activities such as, outdoor baths, walking on the property, rowing the boat on the pond is the responsibility of the Guest and is done so at their own risk.

Farm View Cottage accepts no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury whilst on your stay.

Pets

No pets are allowed at Farm View Cottage as this is situated near working farms and therefore it is not suitable for visiting pets.
